The Sagamore Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist who are passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Sagamore and Lake George - helping guests make the most of their stay by offering personalized recommendations, coordinating special requests, and adding those memorable touches that turn a good vacation into a great one. What You Will Do: • Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, making every interaction feel special • Provide expert recommendations on resort amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and events • Coordinate dining reservations, recreational activities, and transportation • Arrange special guest requests, from flower deliveries to surprise amenities • Assist with VIP arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless experience • Stay informed on resort packages, hours of operation, and daily happenings • Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when necessary Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Positive, proactive, and guest-first mindset • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Familiarity with the Lake George region is a plus
