Security Officer - Plaza Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and/or crowd management during busy shopping periods or special events.; Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and/or following site procedures related to trespassing, loitering, and after-hours access.
