We are seeking a skilled Fertilizer Technician responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other soil treatments to lawns, gardens, and landscapes to promote healthy growth. This role involves handling chemicals safely, maintaining equipment, and ensuring proper application techniques. Key Responsibilities:Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to industry standards and safety regulations.Operate and maintain sprayers, spreaders, and other application equipmentAnalyze soil conditions to recommend appropriate treatmentFollow safety protocols when handling chemicals and hazardous materialsKeep detailed records or applications, including dates, amounts and areas treatedCommunicate with clients or supervisors about treatment plans and schedulesInspect landscapes and fields for signs of nutrient deficiencies, pests, or diseaseAssist in ordering, storing, and managing fertilizer and pesticide inventoryComply with environmental regulations and best practices to minimize waste and contamination Qualifications & Skills:Experience in landscaping, agriculture, and/or turf managementApplied knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and application techniquesActive NH Licenses including F1, F2, F3, and Right of WayValid NH drivers licenseStrong attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety guidelinesAbility to safely drive a truck and trailerPhysical stamina to work outdoor in various weather conditions, and lift 50+ poundsBenefits:Competitive pay based on experience$2500.00 Signing Bonus!Opportunities for growth and advancementComprehensive training providedGenerous medical benefits, with employers paying 50% for an individual on our plan401K with 6% match after one year of employmentProfit Sharing Bonus after a minimum of 1 year of employmentState-of-the-art equipmentRequired qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United States18 years or olderValid driver's license
