SUMMARY The Logistics Coordinator supports the timely movement of products by coordinating domestic and international shipments to assigned distribution centers. This role focuses on order tracking, carrier coordination, shipment documentation, and maintaining accurate transportation records. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor open orders and shipment status within assigned transportation lanes and communicate issues as needed. Coordinate with freight carriers, forwarders, and brokers to support load planning and shipment execution. Track domestic and international shipments and assist with resolving delivery or transit issues. Enter, update, and maintain shipment information in internal systems and databases. Review shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness within required timelines. Support inbound delivery scheduling with distribution centers. Maintain organized digital shipment files, reports, and required documentation. Communicate order readiness dates and request transportation bookings when appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on open items. Effective communication and organizational skills.
