General Laborer

Project Duration: Monday3/16/26 - Wednesday 3/18/26. SHIFT: 12pm - 9pm MUST SHOW UP TO JOB WITH THE FOLLOWING: Safety Glasses, Hard Hat, Hi-Visibility Vest, Steel Toe Boots Responsibilities -Assemble shelves, 7' high racks, metal carts, wooden tables with metal ties, furniture, pick carts, etc. -Some force is required to lift the pieces into place. -Measuring and marking floors with high resistivity industrial tape. Requires work in a crouched position. -Installation of sticker-type signs on racks, floors, etc. -Installation of banners that require measurement, accuracy, aesthetics, and height work with ladder or scissor lift. -Placement of items in modules according to instructions and specifications. -Loading and unloading materials and equipment. -Clean and prepare work area. -Use of measuring tools with tape measure, laser, chalk line. -Use small tools such as screwdrivers, allen wrenches, cordless drill, utility knife, etc. -Use of arming drills, anchor drills, rubber hammer Requirements: -Ability to perform physical activities and strength to weightlift or carry items between 20 to 40 lbs. when required. -Physical stamina for bending work many times a day. -Physical fitness and manual ability to operate heavy electrical machinery. Soft Skills: -Work ethic. -Good communication. -Teamwork and collaboration. -Critical thinking or problem-solving. -Excellent hand-eye coordination. Site Rules & Expectations: -You must be punctual, willing to come to work and stay for the duration of the project, constant absences are not allowed. -Willing to learn, follow instructions, cooperate with the job site Manager, and Floor Leader. -Breaks and lunch periods will be taken in designated areas at the time suggested by the Manager of the site. -You are expected to follow all safety policies and procedures that we have on the site. -All injuries, regardless of severity, must be immediately reported to supervisor. -You are expected to help maintain the cleanliness of the facilities. -Unauthorized use of personal cellular phones during working hours is not permitted. -Always maintain the most appropriate grooming, dress code, PPE is mandatory and must have valid photo ID. -No smoking inside the warehouse, no drugs are allowed. -You will need their phone only to do the General contractor orientation and to be in contact with our supervisor in case they must contact them. -No Backpacks or Large Bags are Allowed in the Building, only clear or transparent bags. -No Weapons of Any Kind (including pocketknives). -Long Hair Must Be Pulled Back in a Ponytail. Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen required.
