DC US Marketing Activation Manager develops the right marketing and communication plans for US Data center market, support to lead Castrol ON brand with the right product portfolio in US and develops and accomplishes marketing activities in US data center thermal management market in the specified region to help deliver volume, turnover and gross margin targets.DC US Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for operational marketing excellence across the data centre team and to develop step-out opportunities for Castrol's data centre cooling business beyond the core products with focus on new business models and valuable services. A successful candidate works closely with the global Marketing Head of Data Centre and the Castrol LT to build and implement a strong marketing activation plan for US.Key Accountabilities:Execute world-class thermal management marketing plans in the US market, adapting global thermal management offers as part of the in-market marketing strategyLead and prepare the annual marketing plan for the US market to generate new sales leads for the DC space and underpin the volume, turnover, and gross margin targets achievementLeverage paid/owned/earned media as media mix to drive brand equity and sales leads generationMonitor key market movements and the competitive landscape in the DC sectors and generate business insights to drive media and market planning.Identify potential areas for offer development based on market needs and share these insights with the global marketing team. Essential Education & Experience:University degree with preferably a post-graduate qualification8+ years of experience in brand, product, and big event organization within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of delivering innovative value propositions5+ experience of digital marketing with solid experience in social media marketingAbility to shape and frame ideas through strong conceptual and analytical thinkingProven experience in developing new business and growth areas within a corporate or innovation/start-up contextStrong knowledge of the data centre industry and cooling value chain is a plus.Track record of working collaboratively across functionsSkills & Competencies:AI/datacenter/cooling solution solid experience is preferredSocial / Digital Marketing experienceCustomer Relationship ManagementCommercial acumen and excellent negotiation skillsExperience of global project management and capable to deal with stakeholders with a multi-culture environment is a plusPreferred candidates will demonstrate self-motivation, strong execution, and excellent communication skillsAbility to shape and frame ideas through strong conceptual and analytical thinkingHow much do we pay (Base)? $105,000 - 195,000.*Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. This position is eligible for US Benefits - Core. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
