Your Responsibilities Will Include: Sorting, rinsing, and loading dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils into the dish machine. Arranging, stacking, and transporting clean dishes to the cook's line and designated storage areas. Regularly refreshing the dishwater in the machine to maintain cleanliness. Washing pots, pans, and trays by hand whenever needed. Emptying trash and garbage into the designated dumpster. Efficiently setting up and breaking down the dishwashing area. Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized at all times.
