Job Description:
Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for a CNC I Operator position in Littleton. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with CNC experience who are detail-oriented and production focused. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review blueprints and specifications to determine machining sequence and dimensions Operate CNC machines according to production schedules Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or tool wear Measure parts for conformance using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and blueprints Analyze production issues and report concerns to the CNC Specialist or Production Supervisor Maintain required production logs, scrap tickets, and related documentation Notify leadership upon job completion or when discrepancies arise Qualifications Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and meet production timelines Schedule and Pay Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay rate of $18.63 per hour Temp-to-hire opportunity Additional Information $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days based on performance and attendance Resume required at time of submission Must provide 2-3 available dates and times for onsite interview What's in it for you?
