Head of Human Resources - OperationsWe are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Head of Human Resources - Operations to lead HR delivery across multiple high-volume manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of HR processes that directly support daily plant operations, workforce stability, and production performance.This is not a purely strategic role "” it is a high-impact operational leadership position focused on driving results across recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, and talent pipeline development.Position OverviewThe Head of HR - Operations will lead HR execution across multiple production units (5) on one campus, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining compliance, workforce efficiency, and operational continuity.
