The Sanitation Supervisor will oversee the sanitation team and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in food manufacturing. Daily responsibilities include supervising sanitation procedures, implementing cleaning protocols, providing team training, and maintaining adherence to regulatory guidelines.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively lead, manage, and motivate a teamExperience in Food Manufacturing and understanding of Food Science principlesKnowledge of Quality Assurance practices and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsProficient in developing and delivering Training programsExceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsDetail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in sanitation and cleanlinessPrior experience in a food production environment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in food safety or sanitation are preferred
