Robotics Technician

Qualifications and Skills:Trade school degree or technical training in robotics, automation, or industrial technology preferredPrevious manufacturing experience requiredExperience programming and troubleshooting industrial robotsUnderstanding of robotic welding processes (MIG knowledge preferred)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part drawingsStrong mechanical aptitudeBasic electrical troubleshooting skills preferredAbility to use basic hand and power toolsStrong problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detailJob Duties:Program, modify, and optimize robot programs for new and existing partsSet up robotic cells, fixtures, and tooling for productionTroubleshoot robot and automation issues to minimize downtimePerform routine preventative maintenance on robotic systemsSupport production teams with robot-related adjustments and improvementsMonitor robotic processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are metWork closely with maintenance and engineering teams on automation projectsAssist with additional robotic or automation tasks as neededBenefitsPaid holidaysVacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance plans401k retirement plan with company matchOvertime available 1st ShiftMonday - Thursday6:30am - 5:00pm
