OverviewThe ideal candidate to be considered for hire should be one who is a go-getter and takes initiative to get things done.The HR Coordinator works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on supporting the HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service modelFacilitate HR system processes and data accuracy through local support and counselLead and Support employee engagement activitiesCreate clear, concise & professional communication material for the HR Department including flyers, text messages, & emailsSupport recruiting and onboarding activitiesLead and own administrative processes within the HR departmentRequired Experience and SkillsBachelor's degree preferred, Associates RequiredStrong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, drive for results, effective planning & prioritizationAttention to DetailAbility to manage tasks/projects from start until finishStrong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communications skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environmentStrong PC/computer skills Intermediate Excel skills requiredCan demonstrate sound judgement in social settingsPrevious work in a fast paced in environment is a plus
