Eventide Senior Living - 4720 Randolph Street - Responsibilities: Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence; Assists with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees; Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation; Prioritizes assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing/ overlapping senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs; Prepares and administers medications and treatments, under the direction of the RN, within scope of practice as ordered by the physician and according to facility policies/procedures
