Loss Control Inspector

In this part-time, occasional role, you will conduct insurance loss control inspections of commercial or residential properties. You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments! Responsibilities: Perform physical inspections of commercial or residential properties. Identify potential risks based on manual rules and company standards to enhance safety. Plan your schedule efficiently to optimize your time and meet service deadlines. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to arrange appointments. Conduct thorough loss control surveys to identify current hazards. Compile inspection results into comprehensive reports, including multiple photos. Keep internal teams updated on inspection progress. Requirements: Proficient with digital cameras, word processing, and email. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Reside within a 30-mile radius of your assigned territory. This position is home-based, with travel required for inspections. Maintain automobile insurance with at least $100,000 bodily injury per person and $300,000 per accident. Compensation and Benefits: Earn approximately $50 or more per inspection, depending on the specifics of the job and location. Receive on-the-job training. Base pay is issued weekly. Mileage reimbursement is included, paid weekly. Production pay is provided, paid weekly.
