Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Oregon state license or ability to obtain an Oregon PT license prior to the assignment start.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Minimum experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.Candidate must not be a new graduate. New grads will not be accepted.First-time travelers are accepted.Ability to float to other clinics as needed.Must be approved by director before working overtime hours. 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.PTA applicants will be considered as noted by client preference. PTA acceptance is permitted. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Shift Name: Days.Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by director.Floating: Candidate will be required to float to other clinics as needed.Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
