Job Description:
Production Control Associate Temporary assignment (3 to 6 months - starts mid-March 2026) Location: Loring-Limestone International Airport (Limestone, Maine) Seeking a Production Control Associate who is a self-starter, organized and detail oriented. This individual will be required to communicate with all levels of employees from our Mechanics to Management. Essential Duties: Compile and record production data from work orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following company procedures and using different word processing techniques. Complies and analyzes records and reports on production: review production objectives, deadlines and work orders to determine priorities. Inputs data regarding work order information, status changes, supply updates and other pertinent information to our team. Prepares special reports for maintenance updates as required. Compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies, tracks production. Monitors work orders, prepares inter shop and support maintenance requests for operations. Receives and coordinates aircraft transfer from/to company. Screens part request to ensure proper work order numbers are the requested and excessive parts are not ordered. The PC will also be responsible to perform other duties as assigned by the site manager/supervisor. Education/Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience relating to production control, data entry, and clerical work. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to write read and understand production control related to aviation maintenance operations and reporting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include word, power point, excel, outlook, and demonstrate ability to utilize Internet searches to research parts availability, and other data needed to improve production. Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate skills in administrative and clerical duties to include preparation of production efficiency reports, letters, and other communications pertaining to WGA's operation.
