In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for providing inpatient neurology coverage, assisting with stroke response, interpreting radiologic exams, and collaborating with a dedicated medical team. Required Skills Valid Nurse Practitioner license with a specialization or experience in neurology or inpatient careProficiency in radiologic exam interpretation is preferred, but not mandatoryStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced settingsNice to Have Skills Experience in stroke management and trauma settingsFamiliarity with Epic Carepath EMR systemPrior hospital-based neurology experiencePreferred Education and Experience Master's or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP)Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in neurology or inpatient hospital settingsOther Requirements Willingness to work PRN hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in a hospital inpatient environmentCredentialing timeline approximately 60 days, pending license and background checksValid state licensure and federal DEA certification as requiredWilling to accept locum, locum-to-perm, or permanent arrangementsTravel and licensure reimbursement when applicableThis position offers an hourly pay rate of $14.74, with weekly pay via direct deposit, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
