Job Description:
Become a vital part of our team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials safely, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for inpatient and outpatient populations in a hospital setting.Minimum Requirements:2 years CT Tech experience.Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent.Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.BLS certification.ACR and IEMA certifications required by the client.Experience with general CT and vascular procedures required.EPIC experience required for charting and workflow.GE CT equipment experience preferred.Minimum two years of experience in a hospital or acute care setting with exposure to high-volume shifts (approximately 40-50 patients per shift typical for this role).First-time travelers considered upon review.Assignment Details:Facility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Nights.Shift Details: Nights 1900-0700, 3x12.Patient Types: Inpatient and outpatient; general CT and vascular patients.Typical Patient Ratio: 1:1 during procedures.Charting System: EPIC.Orientation: At least one shift of orientation to learn unit flow.Support on Unit: Supervisor available.Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue.PPE: Appropriate PPE provided on site.Parking: Free parking available.Location HighlightsLibertyville, IL offers a suburban lifestyle with access to regional attractions and city amenities.
