POSITION AVAILABLE: Anticipated Middle School Social Worker HOURS: Full Time Hours, Tenure Track Position LOCATION: Liberty MIddle School, Buckley Street, Liberty Additional Info (if applicable): Conduct individual and small group counseling groups for students with mental health concerns; conduct social skills training groups and progress monitoring for the student support process; make referrals to community agencies; assist in crisis intervention; advocate for families in the school and community; work with parents to provide education workshops and outreach programs; and participate on school-wide teams to promote a safe and healthy learning environment. EFFECTIVE DATE: September 2026 PROFESSIONAL: NYS Certified School Social Worker EXPERIENCE: Middle School experience preferred SALARY: Based on experience and the current LFA Agreement
