Responsibilities Deliver quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in providing excellent patient care, offering guidance when necessary. Conduct thorough reviews of patients' medical histories and develop accurate diagnoses. Engage with clinical leadership to address patient care concerns and uphold our company values. Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and documentation. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on their treatment plans. Attend mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions. Support the onboarding of new employees through guidance and training activities. Maintain a positive working atmosphere and foster relationships with all team members. Adhere to compliance and regulations, including HIPAA requirements. Actively participate in improving patient experience and care within the clinic and telehealth environments. Participate in on-call duties periodically throughout the year. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Experience Requirements and Preferences Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years as a provider in relevant settings such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, ER, or Family Practice is preferred. Current License or Certification: Active and verifiable License and DEA in good standing; DEA is required for all providers. Must be capable of treating patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements; DOT certification is required to be obtained within 120 days of employment.
