This individual provides direct patient care as the womens health Advanced Practice Clinician according to established protocols, policies, procedures, and accepted standards of care. Functions within approved scope and credentials as approved by Beebe Medical Center credentialing committee. Follows established nursing standards procedures and practices and gives specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff. Ability to apply appropriate clinical assessment skills for patient services. Ability to evaluate necessary diagnostics. Ability to accurately document in detail for services rendered. Demonstrates competency in patient care assessment. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a concise easily understood manner. Open and receptive to continuous competency education as needed to provide appropriate care. Support organizational leadership training opportunities. Exude punctuality in compliance with hospital policy mandates. APC for womens health to support and improve access for OB/gyn patients.Ideal candidate will have experience in womens health as an advanced practice clinician to support current providers with patient access.
