Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Competitive Pay 401k Plan + Match Paid Vacation & Time Off Paid Holidays Work/Life Balance Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Safely transport customers' vehicles to and from the dealership in a timely, professional manner Provide friendly, customer-focused service during vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and face-to-face interactions Maintain a clean driving record and operate all vehicles with care Communicate effectively with advisors and customers regarding vehicle status or timing updates Assist with moving vehicles around the lot, including staging vehicles for service, parking, and reorganizing inventory Perform basic walk-around inspections before and after transport to document vehicle condition Coordinate with the service team as needed Support shuttle services when customer volume is high Keep service bays, shop floors, and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Empty trash, dispose of scrap materials, and maintain cleanliness of drains, tools, and equipment areas Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed, including final clean-ups before customer delivery Assist technicians by bringing vehicles in and out of stalls when requested Maintain the appearance of the service drive, including sweeping, wiping counters, and organizing customer traffic flow Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record Good interpersonal skills Communication skills and aptitude for customer service Professional appearance and work ethic Positive outlook with a high-energy personality Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
