Morgan Hunter is partnering with a stable, growing tech-focused organization to add a Director of Human Resources to their leadership team. This role will oversee the company's HR function while partnering closely with executive leadership to support recruiting strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and long-term organizational growth.This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic HR leader who enjoys building culture, improving processes, and remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations. The organization has strong employee tenure, a collaborative leadership team, and a renewed focus on employee engagement and growth initiatives as the business continues to expand.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all HR operations including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and onboardingPartner with executive leadership to align people strategy with business goalsDrive recruiting strategy and support hiring efforts across multiple departmentsLead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organizationSupport leadership development, coaching, and performance management programsOversee HR compliance, policies, and workforce planning initiativesServe as a backup resource for payroll-related processes as neededSupport immigration and visa-related processes in partnership with outside legal resourcesManage and develop HR team members while helping scale HR processes for future growthQualifications8+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceStrong background in recruiting and talent strategyExperience supporting multiple areas of HR in a hands-on environmentAbility to influence leaders and build strong relationships across the organizationStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferredBachelor's degree required
