This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program. What You Will Be Doing: Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.Diagnose problems or repair machines.Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms).Pool chemical testingThe Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years of facilities experienceExperience in a management positionAbout Us:From humble beginnings in 2006 to an enterprise being driven by more than 1,000 people today, Midas Hospitality has never lost sight of our #1 priority - people.
