A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in a school-based setting located in Leland, NC. This contract role involves working with elementary, middle, and high school populations, providing vital behavioral support to students within the school district. Key responsibilities include: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs Offering consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to promote effective behavioral strategies Monitoring student progress through careful data collection and analysis while maintaining thorough documentation Collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participating in meetings as necessary to support student success Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and have a strong preference for previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments.
