Why Join AdventHealth Primary Care Network? * Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekend office hours * Minimal call responsibilities with shared holiday rotation * Comprehensive benefits from day one, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid parental leave * Malpractice coverage for peace of mind, including tail coverage Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health * Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions * Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging * Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed * Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care * Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach Education & Experience * Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies * Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred * Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred Licensure, Certification & Registration * Active Florida APRN or PA-C license * Active DEA license * ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification * BLS required; ACLS (preferred) At AdventHealth Primary Care Network, we provide whole-person care supported by a mission-driven culture and a collaborative care team, allowing providers to focus on building trust and delivering high-quality care.
