Position Type: Part-TimeSchedule: 12-hour shifts Clinic hours 8:00 AM 8:00 PM, 7 days/weekMinimum Commitment: 4 shifts per monthCompensation: $60 $80/hour (based on experience) + bonusBenefits: 401(k), Sick Pay, Malpractice Coverage Position Overview NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Part-Time NP or PA to join our Lee s Summit, MO clinic. What You ll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all agesManage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visitsOrder and interpret labs and imaging (including x-rays)Perform urgent care procedures (suturing, wound care, splinting, as applicable)Provide clear discharge instructions and patient educationDocument care efficiently in the EHRPractice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Missouri NP or PA licenseBoard certification or eligibilityPA: NCCPANP: ANCC or AANP (FNP required)Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)Ability to treat patients of all agesActive BLS certificationWillingness to work occasional weekends and holidaysDOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered) Preferred Qualifications Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experienceStrong procedural skills (suturing, splinting, wound care)Experience interpreting x-rays prior to radiology over-read Why NextCare NextCare is one of the nation s largest urgent care providers, with 160+ locations across 11 states.
