Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Corporate Trainer supports employee development and training across multiple departments, including Office Personnel, FSQA/R&D, Warehouse, Utilities, Maintenance, and Production as needed. This role plays a key part in onboarding, skills development, system and program training, and ongoing employee engagement to support performance, safety, and retention.Core ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development Lead and support Alchemy training, including monthly and annual training plansCollaborate with HR, Plant Trainer, and Management on the annual training calendarDeliver training on leadership, SOPs, safety, and professional developmentTroubleshoot Alchemy and support system related training needsAssist with ESL training and provide updates to managementSupport LOTO and Forklift certification trainingAssist with SOPs, work instructions, and leadership development projects New Hire Onboarding Support Day 1 new hire orientation and initial trainingMeet with new employees in their work areas on Day 1 and Day 2Follow up with new hires and supervisors within the first week to review training completion and identify additional needsDevelop and support individual training plans as neededConduct daily check ins with new hires to provide support and ensure a positive onboarding experienceAddress and escalate concerns to HR or supervisors as appropriateProvide feedback on performance and communicate observations to supervisorsComplete the one week new hire checklist and submit to HR and Plant ManagementAssist supervisors with 90 day evaluations, including translation support when needed Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between employees, supervisors, HR, and managementProvide translation support for management as neededConduct plant walks to observe training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementProvide recommendations to management to support retention and employee success Additional Duties Member of the Event CommitteeMember of the Safety CommitteePerform other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Bilingual in English and SpanishIntermediate to advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entryAbility to work flexible hours across multiple shiftsStrong communication skills with all levels of the organizationAbility to maintain confidentialityForklift and LOTO certifiedAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment Preferred Prior training or facilitation experienceStrong knowledge of production operationsComfortable speaking in front of groups and coaching individuals Interpersonal Skills Reliable and punctualTeam oriented and collaborativeOpen to feedback and continuous improvementPatient, respectful, and supportiveDemonstrates genuine concern for employee development and well being Working Conditions Combination of office and production environmentsFast paced with moderate noise and frequent interruptionsExposure to varying temperatures, including cold, damp, and hot conditions Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds Why Join Godshall’sGodshall’s is an employee-owned company experiencing rapid growth.
