We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead and optimize recruitment strategies within the business services industry. This role requires expertise in recruitment and a proven ability to manage and enhance talent acquisition processes effectively. Job Description Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational hiring goals. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve targets. Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and stakeholders. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Director of Recruitment should have: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies. Proven leadership skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in the business services industry. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven strategies. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
