Construction Project Manager

A Building Automation/Controls and HVAC client of ours is working as a subcontractor at a large construction site in Lebanon, IN. They are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their team on a long term basis. Please apply today if you are interested! Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager Duration: 6 month contract to permanent hire W2 contract Eligible for benefits while on contract Paid x1.5 for any overtime Pay Rate: $60-65/hr, potential flex DOE! Location: Lebanon, IN mainly – occasionally in Castleton, IN Day to Day Job Details: Assist in coordinating daily activities of electrical and/or mechanical subcontractors Ability to review and understand RFIs and contracts Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines. Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, and other trades. Utilizing a construction tool like Bluebeam or MS Project Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction environment – ideally new construction Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints/drawings/schematics and technical documents. Comfortable working in large-scale environments. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience as a commercial construction project manager Experience overseeing a project worth over $1 Million + NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite daily.
