To support that, you will serve as a consultative wound healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound care decision makers. You’ll educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, expand therapy utilization, and coordinate patient transition of care.As an Acute Wound Healing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Routinely consulting with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum productsRoutinely attending procedures and placements in the hospital care settingDelivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory managementIdentifying and solving customer financial & clinical prioritiesEducating clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicingBuilding and maintaining relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholdersUse clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductionsPersuading key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and productsProviding customer support and serviceDemonstrating proficiency upon successful completion of sales training programLeveraging company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiumsCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Current, valid Driver’s License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven track record of sales quota & target attainmentPrior wound care or medical device sales experienceDemonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e. surgeons)Proven experience in territory management & business planningStrong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areasCustomer focused selling and closingExperience navigating complex selling cyclesCompletion of a formal sales training programExperience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis processOutstanding data and analytical skillsAdditional RequirementsIn this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities.
