Entry Level! Position Summary Provides day-to-day HR support by assisting with employee relations, benefits, payroll, and HRIS functions. Serves as the first point of contact for employees, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate HR service while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Lives out the INcompass Healthcare promise by consistently displaying compassion, treating all with dignity, and providing exceptional care for everyone. Incorporates the six principles of trauma informed care throughout all aspects of their work. Supports HR strategy in alignment with organizational objectives. Administers benefits, HRIS changes, and employee records. Assists with leave administration (FMLA, ADA, and other leaves of absence), ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policy. Responds to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Assists with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintains HRIS data accuracy and prepares reports as needed. Supports employee engagement activities and culture initiatives. Assists with investigations, employee relations documentation, and audits. Ensures compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and documentation requirements. Provides general HR administrative support to the Business Partner, Recruiter, and Director. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years HR experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
