Job Type Contract Description We are seeking Armed Contract security guards in Lawrence, MI-independent contractors (1099). Applicants must have open availability, including weekends and flexible shift hours, and be ready to provide security services at a range of public events. Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol Duties: Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, or other security breaches. Access Control: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of the premises. Surveillance Monitoring: Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to identify potential threats or unusual behavior. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and disturbances; assess situations, provide assistance, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary. Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, documenting any irregularities, safety concerns, or security breaches. Emergency Assistance: Provide first aid or CPR when necessary and assist in emergency evacuations or other critical situations. Weapon Maintenance: Ensure that all assigned protective equipment, including firearms, are maintained in excellent working condition and used responsibly. Why Work With Us?
