The Latchkey Associate organizes, monitors, and directs age-appropriate recreational and educational activities for elementary school children while maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Associate ensures the safety and well-being of children in the program and administers first aid and medical assistance. The Associate will also communicate with parents in a positive and encouraging manner about their child's day in the before- and after-school program.
