Real Estate Disposition Manager

Plot Property Group is a Las Vegas–based real estate investment company actively buying and selling off-market and distressed investment properties. We are seeking a motivated Dispositions Manager/Real Estate Sales Associate to sell our wholesale investment deals, build and manage a strong buyers list, and help move inventory quickly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role with strong upside for someone who is competitive, coachable, and eager to grow inside a real estate investment operation. When not actively disposing of deals, this role supports other areas of the business as a Swiss-army-knife team member, including buyer showings, deal coordination, and operational support. Responsibilities: • Sell wholesale and off-market investment properties to cash buyers and real estate investors • Build, maintain, and grow an active buyers list through calls, texts, and follow-ups • Manage inbound buyer interest and proactively source new buyers • Walk buyers through properties in person throughout Las Vegas • Coordinate with buyers, title companies, and the internal team to ensure timely closings • Price deals strategically to maximize speed and profitability • Track buyer activity and deal progress in the CRM • Follow up consistently with buyers to move deals forward • Assist with acquisitions, operations, or other business needs when disposition volume is light Qualifications: • Sales-minded, competitive, and money-motivated personality • Great character and integrity with a team-first attitude • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and in-person) • Organized, responsive, and able to move quickly • Interest in real estate investing (experience is a plus, not required) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Local to Las Vegas with the ability to be in the office and at properties • Willing to take ownership, learn, and wear multiple hats • Real estate sales, wholesale, or investment experience preferred but not mandatory Compensation: $75,000+• Sell wholesale and off-market investment properties to cash buyers and real estate investors • Build, maintain, and grow an active buyers list through calls, texts, and follow-ups • Manage inbound buyer interest and proactively source new buyers • Walk buyers through properties in person throughout Las Vegas • Coordinate with buyers, title companies, and the internal team to ensure timely closings • Price deals strategically to maximize speed and profitability • Track buyer activity and deal progress in the CRM • Follow up consistently with buyers to move deals forward • Assist with acquisitions, operations, or other business needs when disposition volume is light Compensation: $75,000 per year
