We produce live activations for some of the worlds most recognizable brands and are seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Associate to support our continued growth and new business initiatives.Role OverviewThe Marketing Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting Two Eighteens new business objectives by developing and executing marketing programs, managing marketing systems, and supporting lead generation efforts. This role works closely with leadership, external partners, and the VP of Business Development to drive measurable marketing performance and pipeline growthKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of marketing programs in collaboration with leadership and external agenciesDefine marketing KPIs and build dashboards to track performance and campaign effectivenessMaintain and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub workflows, campaigns, and contentManage vendor relationships, including scopes of work, timelines, and deliverablesPartner with the VP of Business Development to create sales collateral and content aligned with target ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)Identify and establish new accounts within targeted industriesCultivate business relationships through tradeshows, networking events, meetings, calls, and virtual outreachSupport opportunity identification, lead nurturing, and relationship development initiativesMaintain marketing and growth KPIs while contributing to overall business development strategiesCollaborate effectively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentSkills and CompetenciesSolutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on challengesStrong relationship-building and client communication skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to multitask while managing projects and deadlines effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with a competitive and growth-driven mindsetComfortable balancing marketing execution with sales support activitiesWillingness to travel occasionally (light travel required)Education, Experience, and QualificationsBachelors degree preferred.
