Job description: Provide leadership and implement the UHS corporate HTM program and services. Participate in defining the strategic direction of the HTM program through goal setting, technology assessment, and planning. Focus on medical device integration, operations, risk analysis, security, vendor and contract management, fiduciary responsibilities, and required reporting. Ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience at UHS facilities. Create customized service delivery plans and develop and motivate the HTM team at assigned facilities. Drive compliance with UHS HTM and corporate goals and objectives. Assist UHS HTM leadership in developing and strengthening facility and vendor relationships. Ensure that facility programs meet and exceed regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management. Develop and execute key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications: Minimum of Tech School certification or Associate's Degree. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 to 8 years of previous related experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience with healthcare technology management programs, including leadership. Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft products. Experience with CMMS products.
