Your Role: A Day in the Life As a Business Systems Analyst on our National Operations team, you will be instrumental in converting data within our primary Agency Management systems. Collaborating with our dedicated IT and Operations teams, you'll ensure a smooth data conversion process. Your key responsibilities will include: Working with MMA and data vendors to devise effective data strategies. Documenting and implementing custom programming for data conversion. Supporting data validation efforts and identifying risks in test results. Partnering with business leaders across all lines of business to ensure consistent data integration strategies. Leading the development and implementation of various production data projects. Engaging with leadership for risk analysis and high-level strategy execution. Who We're Looking For: Our Ideal Candidate If you have a solid professional track record that includes the following skills, we want to meet you: 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry. Leadership in application administration & processes. Experience with system migrations and conversions. Knowledge of basic AMS Systems and a willingness to learn others. Understanding of insurance and accounting operations. Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear instructions. Proficient in creating documentation and training materials. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, users, and management.
