Job Duties and Responsibilities What You Will Do: Your primary responsibility will involve visiting clients’ homes to solve technical issues and introduce them to smart home technology. Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products within customers' residences. Educate clients on using their technology effectively while offering additional services when beneficial. Maintain a clean workspace and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently, staying engaged with the team. Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel as necessary; ability to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft.
