Northern Regional Housing Authority/Las Vegas Site is taking applications for the following positions: JOB TITLE: SITE MANAGER SALARY: This is a full-time position/pay is dependent on experience. DESCRIPTION: This is a management/supervisory position. Work involves direct management of responsibilities, supervision of the Waiting List Manager/Admin. Aide, the Tenant Managers, and co-manages the maintenance techs and lead. The primary responsibility for the Site Manager is to oversee compliance with Local, State, and Federal mandates and regulations with HUD Public Housing Programs. Thorough knowledge of all organization programs and procedures, independent judgment and initiative is associated with the position. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Must remain current in all programming rules and regulations and develop standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Work activities are also subject to annual independent audits, HUD audits and evaluations, and review by the Board of Commissioners.
