Fire Sprinkler Service Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison for installation and repair activities, overseeing the assembly, coordination, scheduling, and support for technical staff. Be a self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Work alongside Sales, Design, and Area Managers to define project objectives and consult with supervisors and technicians regarding project-related issues. Communicate any discrepancies, job schedules, and important matters to company and client representatives. Create documentation for company records, customer files, and regulatory bodies. Comply with the company's standards regarding controlled substances and alcohol. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management in the fire sprinkler industry. NICET certification is preferred. In-depth knowledge of NFPA codes is required. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is highly desirable.
