We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic staff member to join our Children, Youth and Family (CYF) Division as an Administrative Specialist I/II. The Administrative Specialist serves as a vital operational anchor for our caseworkers, supervisors, and service teams. In this role, you are not just processing and inputting data, you are ensuring that the systems supporting our community's most vulnerable children and families run with precision, empathy, and absolute confidentiality. This position is a hybrid position and will require at least one day/week in the office. You will be required to have adequate internet access and space for remote work. Larimer County provides a one-time remote work stipend to assist with equipment and office supply needs for remote workspaces. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Updating information in state data systems and accurately entering data into Larimer County databases. Reviewing database information for accuracy and monitoring caseworkers' data entry to ensure required tasks are completed. Responding quickly and effectively to caseworkers' requests while providing ongoing administrative support. Managing and interpreting various division reports to ensure smooth operational workflow. . Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process. Administrative Specialist I: 23.5200/hr - $27.0829/hr Must be at least 18 years of age. One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required. Administrative Specialist II: $24.0788/hr - $28.8946/hr Must be at least 18 years of age. One (1) year experience as an Administrative Specialist I or two (2) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
