Our client is a highly regarded and preferred supplier for selected specialty building products. They have 3 locations in the Mid-Atlantic area serving both residential and commercial customers. We are currently searching for an HR Manager for their location in the Lancaster, PA area. We have someone doing payroll and the onboarding etc., so this position would focus on recruiting, salaries & wages compensation bands, development of management of performance review programs, and Hr. issues above payroll processing. Great work environment and culture. This position will report to the President.
