Your focus will be on fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include: Developing strong associate relations through effective communication and a supportive work environment. Representing our company values and delivering a welcoming experience to all stakeholders. Reviewing job applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate skills and backgrounds. Coordinating interview processes for candidates and management for a seamless experience. Facilitating new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company. Participating in community events to boost recruitment efforts. Overseeing accurate management of associate records within our Human Capital Management system. Assisting with employee benefits administration and enrollment. Leading training sessions on workplace policies and associate development. Supporting performance management through goal setting and evaluations. Being a reliable contact for associates to address inquiries promptly. Collaborating with HR partners and management on policies and initiatives. Maintaining clear, updated communication regarding programs and benefits for associates. Managing the safety program by keeping incident files and conducting audits. Upholding confidentiality regarding company and associate matters. Communicating professionally with the Store Support Center. Using office equipment and tools effectively. Engaging in cross-training for versatility across departments. Performing additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications for Success To be successful in this role, you should possess: At least 2 years of human resources experience or equivalent educational background. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong customer service orientation. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Adaptability to handle shifting priorities effectively. Confidence in utilizing computer systems and software. A growth mindset focused on continuous learning and development. Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Remain in a seated or standing position for extended periods. Lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Navigate all facilities comfortably. Clearly communicate in person and electronically. Utilize close vision for extended periods of computer work.
