Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a leader in energy management and industrial automation, is hiring an HR Generalist to join their team in Lancaster, NY!This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefitsAs the HR Generalist, you will partner closely with site leadership to drive key HR initiatives across multiple nearby locations, supporting talent management, employee relations, and overall people strategy execution within a manufacturing/operations environment.Responsibilities:Partner with site leadership to drive key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and total rewardsLead full-cycle hourly recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding) across multiple locationsProvide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, discipline, and performance issuesSupport organizational development initiatives such as training, succession planning, and workforce planningExecute HR programs and ensure consistent implementation of company policies, while leveraging HR data to support business decisionsDesired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field5+ years of HR Generalist experience2+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations environmentsStrong experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational developmentExperience with full-cycle recruiting, especially for hourly rolesMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
