You will work closely with the Administrator and management teams to ensure the home operates efficiently and delivers high-quality, person-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Administrator to oversee daily operations of the home(s)Coach, mentor, evaluate, and manage performance of direct reportsRecruit, interview, and make hiring decisions for staff vacanciesImplement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in alignment with organizational standardsMaintain accurate client and facility files as required by California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 17Review and maintain daily staff ID notes; prepare and submit quarterly progress reports per CCR guidelinesCommunicate with external partners including Regional Centers, Community Care Licensing, and day programsParticipate in IPP, Transition, and Interdisciplinary team meetingsCoordinate medical and dental care; ensure physician orders are followedManage home finances, including supplies, utilities, labor, and program costsCreate staff schedules and ensure adequate coveragePerform additional related duties as assignedEducation & Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required; some college preferredMinimum 2 years experience supervising and providing Special Services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needsRequired Certifications:ARF Administrator CertificateDSP I & DSP IIRegistered Behavioral Technician (RBT) CertificateCPR/First AidWork Remotely: No — this is an on-site leadership role.Ready to Apply?Visit: applying, you consent to your information being transmitted by StaffAttract to the Employer, as data controller, through the Employer’s data processor SonicJobs.See Redwood Family Care Network Terms & Conditions at and Privacy Policy at and SonicJobs Privacy Policy at and Terms of Use at
