As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our self-storage facility while providing exceptional customer service and property upkeep. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers by identifying their self-storage needs and offering tailored solutions while delivering exceptional service. Engage with customers face-to-face, creating a welcoming environment. Achieve monthly sales goals and metrics. Conduct regular property walks to perform lock checks and showcase available units to potential customers. Work independently and collaboratively to rent self-storage spaces, sell merchandise, manage leasing activities, accept payments through our POS system, and complete daily bank deposits. Handle invoice reviews and approvals efficiently within our database. Process invoices, manage reports, and oversee the legal procedures related to auctions. Manage the store's budget for expenses while ensuring adequate supply and inventory levels. Property Maintenance: Perform daily walks of the property, engage in cleaning duties, and assist in managing physical upkeep (including lifting up to 50 lbs). Maintain the facility's cleanliness including mopping, sweeping, changing lightbulbs, and clearing out units. Ensure the overall condition of the property meets company standards, focusing on cleanliness and safety. Basic computer proficiency. Additional Information: Availability to work Saturdays is a must. A valid driver's license and insurance, along with reliable transportation for work-related duties.
