Powered by nearly 90,000 talented and entrepreneurial professionals across more than 30 countries Role Technical Product Owner Location - St Louis, MO (Hybrid role - 3 days/week) We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Product Owner who will support our transformation program and help to manage projects with financials timelines deliverables The ideal candidate will oversee the validation and lifecycle of our generative and predictive models Your mission is to ensure our AI systems are not just smart but are reliable enough for production ethically sound and performant under scale What Youll Do As a Technical Product Owner you will spearhead our AI Transformation initiatives managing a portfolio of highimpact projects from conception to deployment You will be responsible for defining managing the delivery roadmap managing multimillion dollar budgets ensuring rigorous timeline adherence and delivering AI solutions that provide measurable ROI Your key responsibilities will include Develop and maintain a rolling roadmap that aligns with LOBOPS enterprisewide transformation goals and objectives Budget Oversight Manage a multimillion dollar budget tracking spend across AI initiatives use cloud infrastructure GPUTPU costs thirdparty platform vendors and human capital ROI Tracking Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the business impact of AI initiatives ensuring a clear path from deployment to bottomline growth Executive Interfacing Provide regular updates to Csuite stakeholders on AI initiatives portfolio health risk profiles and value realization Timeline Adherence Maintain rigorous project schedules identifying bottlenecks early and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure ontime delivery AI Evangelism Work with business units to ensure high adoption rates of AI tools facilitating the cultural shift toward datadriven decisionmaking by enabling change management training Analytical Ability Interpret AI initiatives associated performance dashboardsreports to make informed product pivots FOR Csuite stakeholders Evaluate internal processes and market trends to identify highpotential AIML use cases Manage the product backlog using datadriven frameworks to balance technical debt foundational infrastructure and highROI features Experience managing 7figure budgets and performing CostBenefit Analysis CBA for technical projects Model Velocity Time taken from a validated POC to a productiondeployed model Business Impact Total cost savings or revenue uplift attributed to AI interventions Skills Mandatory Skills : Project Planning, Project Financial Management, Project Governance
