Registered Dietitian (RD)Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to provide high-quality nutritional care to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting resident health, recovery, and regulatory compliance. Registered Dietitian (RD) Key Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor residents' nutritional status, weight trends, and dietary needs Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and dietary standards Review and approve menus for nutritional adequacy and therapeutic diets Participate in care plan meetings and QAPI initiatives Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications: Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required State licensure or eligibility required Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Knowledge of geriatric nutrition and therapeutic diets Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills What We Offer: Competitive salary up to $95,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package Supportive interdisciplinary team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care Salary: up to $95,000 per yearApply Today: Join a dedicated healthcare team and help improve the health and quality of life of our residents.
