Entry Level Project Manager - Digital Marketing Operations

Job Summary:The company is seeking a Project Manager - Digital Marketing Operations to support enterprise digital marketing initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role will focus on creating, managing, and routing interactive digital marketing content while partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AEM, Figma, and Promomats, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage interactive digital marketing content within AEM and Veeva CLM environments• Create and route promotional materials through regulated review and approval workflows using Promomats• Collaborate with marketing teams, creative partners, and external agencies to update and maintain design assets• Support deployment and execution of digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives• Maintain reusable templates, digital assets, and component libraries across the enterprise• Partner with stakeholders to improve platform functionality and recommend process enhancements• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met• Participate in feedback sessions and contribute to continuous process improvements• Provide strong client service support and communicate effectively with business and technical teamsRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related field• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing Veeva CLM or interactive visual aid content• Hands-on experience with AEMFigma, and Promomats• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and digital asset management platforms• Strong project management and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills• Experience working in regulated industries or complex enterprise environments• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders• Candidate must be local to the Chicago area and available for onsite meetings as neededPreferred Qualifications:• Experience with Veeva CRM• Experience with WorkFront• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience• Experience supporting enterprise marketing operations initiativesBenefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually - as applicable.Pay Range: $30/hr to $40/hr
